The Most Undervalued Leadership Traits of Women Although I found this article a little stereotypical and reinforcing of gender norms, there were a few good thoughts. "The women leaders I know invest in themselves and become knowledge seekers. They are not afraid to ask questions when given a safe platform to express themselves. For example, during my keynote and conference appearances – more often than not – it is the women who ask me the most questions and they are also more inspired to adopt new ideas and ideals." Solving the Hidden Challenges that Women In Leadership Face I enjoyed this short and to the point article, and felt that the 5 tips were spot on. “To get to a successful outcome, women can’t consider failure as an option,” she says. “Not that many of us are invited into senior executive roles in large companies.
